What you need
tbsp oil

tbsp corn flour

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder

tsp red chilli

fl oz water
tsp oil

star anise

clove garlic
green chilli

tbsp celery stalk
dried chilli

tbsp spring onion

fl oz water

tsp salt

tsp red chilli

oz tomato sauce

oz sweet chilli sauce

oz honey
tbsp celery leaves

tbsp spring onion

Instructions
1: In a bowl, add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper, red chilli powder and water to form a batter. Add the chicken to the batter. 2: Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the chicken pieces until crispy. Remove from the oil and set aside on a tissue paper to drain any excess oil. 3: In the pan, add and heat 1 tsp of oil. Add finely chopped garlic, green chilli, chopped celery stem and stir fry. 4: Add Spring onion whites and continue to stir fry. 5: Add the water. 6: Add tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, chilli powder and continue to cook. Once the sauce starts to thicken, add honey. Add the chopped celery leaves and spring onion. 7: Add the fried chicken pieces. Stir fry until the sauce coats the chicken pieces. 8: Remove from heat and optionally wrap silver foil on the bone end of the lollipop. 9: Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.View original recipe
