What you need

tsp onion powder
tsp ginger powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp cumin seed

tsp fennel seed
oz red chili powder
cardamom pods

tsp black pepper
Instructions
1: Roast all the whole spices for 1 - 2 minutes, or until fragrant. 2: Let them cool. 3: Add the roasted spices along with the powder to a blender and blend into a powder. 4: To cook the protein of your choice, take 25g or 2 tbsp of the marinade, splash water and make it into a paste. 5: Add 500g of chicken or paneer and mix thoroughly. 6: Let it marinate for 30 minutes. 7: Grill the protein of choice and serve hot.View original recipe
