What you need

cup water

tsp turmeric powder

tsp salt

tsp green chili

tsp fresh ginger

tbsp onion

tbsp tomato
tsp ajwain

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
cup besan gram flour
Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients except the ghee. 2: Mix well to form a lump-free, smooth and thick batter. 3: Heat a non-stick tawa and grease with ghee. 4: Pour the batter with a round ladle and spread to the required thickness, adding a few drops of ghee. 5: Flip the Chilla when browned on the underside, about 2 mins on a medium flame. 6: Serve with pickle or raita.View original recipe
