A delicious Skillet Cookie that is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside with melted dark chocolate oozing out. Perfect for any dessert lover, especially when topped with ice cream.

What you need

cup brown sugar

cup sugar

cup flour
tsp vanilla essence

cup dark chocolate

cup unsalted butter
egg
Instructions
1: In a Bowl, add white sugar, brown sugar, softened butter, and use a spatula to cream it and then whisk it till it becomes a thick mixture. 2: Add the egg and vanilla essence and mix it well. 3: Sieve flour and baking soda into the sugar mixture and fold it in till it forms a moist dough. 4: Add the chopped chocolate and fold them in. 5: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for an hour. 6: Divide the cookie dough into halves. 7: Grease a skillet with butter. 8: Spread one half of the dough at the base of the skillet evenly. 9: Add the chopped chocolate. 10: Cover it with the other half of the cookie dough like a pie and seal the edges. 11: Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes and cool it down for 1 hour.View original recipe
