What you need

tsp mustard seed

tsp cumin seed

tsp fenugreek seeds
green chilli

curry leaves

curry paste

cup water

tsp salt

cup coconut milk

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, cumin and fenugreek seeds and let them crackle. 2: Add the curry leaves and green chillies and let it splutter. 3: Add the Cookd Dhaba curry paste, and cook it on a medium flame for a minute. 4: Add a cup of water, and bring it to a simmer. 5: Add the fish slices. Let it sink into the gravy. 6: Bring it to a boil, cover and cook it for 10 minutes on a medium flame. 7: Add the coconut milk, and mix it gently to avoid breaking the fish. 8: Bring the gravy to a simmer. 9: Garnish it with coriander leaves.
