cup ghee

cup sugar

cup water

tsp cardamom powder

cup nuts
Instructions
1: In a pan, add milk powder and ghee and mix it till it becomes a crumbly mixture. 2: Keep it aside. 3: In another pot, add sugar and water. Slowly melt the sugar to a single string consistency. 4: Add the milk powder mixture to the sugar syrup and mix it till it dissolves in the syrup. 5: Stir it for 5 more minutes on a low flame and take it out. 6: Line a tray with parchment paper and sprinkle chopped nuts and raisins. 7: Pour the milk powder mixture on it and level it. 8: Let it rest/cool down for 2-3 hours. 9: Once it is set, demould it and cut it into even sized pieces and serve it.View original recipe
