tbsp besan

slice bread

tbsp ghee

tsp mustard seed

curry leaves
green chilli

1: In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the curd mixture and whisk until thoroughly combined. 2: Take the bread slices and dip them in the curd mixture, then add to a pan and cook until the bread turns golden brown and crispy. 3: In a tadka pan, pour ghee and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and slit green chillies. 4: Pour the tadka on top of the bread and serve hot.View original recipe
