Instructions
1: Apply oil on an idli mould, add the idli batter into each crater and steam the idli for 10-12 minutes. 2: Take it out and let it cool down. 3: Cut it into quarters and keep it aside. 4: Heat a pan, add ghee. 5: Add mustard seeds, let it splutter. 6: Add curry leaves and dry red chillies and let it crackle. 7: Add the cut idli and toss it on a high flame for a few seconds. 8: Add a generous amount of idli podi and ghee, toss well till the idli is coated well with the podi and ghee. 9: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with coconut chutney.View original recipe
