Instructions
1: Roast and grind together oil, cumin seeds, green cardamom, roughly cut onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, kashmiri red chilli, soaked cashews, and turmeric powder with water. 2: In a separate pan, heat oil and add finely chopped garlic followed by ginger garlic paste. 3: Add the ground mixture and cook. 4: Incorporate red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, sugar, and turmeric powder. 5: Add paneer cubes, water, and cook until paneer absorbs flavors. 6: Finish with garam masala, kasuri methi powder, butter, coriander leaves, and cream.View original recipe
