Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, add maida, cornflour, salt, pepper, and water. Mix to form a batter to deep-fry the chicken pieces. 2: Add chicken pieces to the batter. 3: Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces until cooked. Keep aside. 4: Grind the cashews into cashew powder using a mixer grinder. 5: Heat a pan, add butter; once melted, add garlic and slit green chili. Saute for a minute. 6: Add the milk, salt, and sugar. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. 7: Add the cashew powder and let the sauce thicken. 8: Add the deep-fried chicken pieces to the sauce. 9: Stir-fry until the sauce coats the chicken pieces. 10: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.View original recipe
