What you need

tsp ground cumin

tbsp tahini

garlic

tsp salt

tsp paprika

tbsp fresh lemon juice

oz mustard seed

oz cumin seed
oz shredded coconut

Instructions
1: In a food processor, puree the chickpeas and garlic with the olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, grated raw mango, cumin, and ¾ TSP of salt until smooth and creamy. 2: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water as necessary to achieve the desired consistency. 3: Transfer to a bowl. 4: Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the paprika or chilli powder. 5: Temper the hummus with oil, mustard, and cumin. 6: Finish with some grated coconut and grated raw mango.View original recipe
