cup double cream

Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2: Heat a pan with butter, add a crushed garlic clove to it. 3: Add the chicken breasts to the pan and grill it on a medium flame for 5 minutes each on both sides. Baste it with butter continuously. Keep it aside. 4: Add more butter in the same pan. 5: Add chopped garlic and saute till it turns golden brown. 6: Add the chopped onions and saute till the onions turn translucent. 7: Add water and bring it to a boil. 8: Add the fresh cream and mix it till it combines well. Bring it to a soft boil. 9: Season the mixture, add the chicken breast to the sauce and coat it with the sauce. 10: Take the pan off the flame, garnish it with chopped parsley, serve it hot with herbed rice or toasted bread.View original recipe
