What you need

tbsp oil

bunch curry leaves

tsp sugar

garlic

cup water

tsp cinnamon

tsp pepper

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tbsp coriander powder

tsp turmeric powder

tsp cumin seed

green cardamoms

clove clove

green chili

cup cashew nut

cup coconut

bunch coriander

Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, green chillies and let it crackle. 2: Add the cashew nuts, cook it till it is slightly brown. 3: Add the coriander roots, saute it for a while. Add the coconut and cook it for a minute. 4: Transfer the mixture to a blender, add water and blend it to a fine paste. 5: In another pan, heat oil, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin, green chillies and let it crackle. 6: Add the onions, saute them till they turn golden brown. 7: Add the ginger garlic paste and cook it for a few seconds. 8: Add turmeric and coriander powder. Cook it for a minute. 9: Add the chicken and mix it till it coats with the masala. 10: Add water, mix well. Cover and cook the chicken for 15 minutes on a medium flame, stirring occasionally. 11: Add the coriander paste, Mix it till the chicken is coated evenly. 12: Cover and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on a medium flame, stirring occasionally. 13: Transfer the chicken to a bowl.
