What you need

oz chicken sausage

tsp salt
tbsp oil

cup basmati rice
bay leaf
green chilli

tsp ginger garlic paste
tbsp mint leaves

tsp turmeric powder

cup onion

tbsp ghee

cup water

green cardamoms

clove clove

tsp garam masala

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
tsp red chili powder
Instructions
1: Cut the chicken sausage into 1-inch pieces. 2: Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Fry the sausage pieces until they change colour. Remove them from the cooker. 3: Add ghee to the same cooker. Add the whole spices, then add onion. Saute until it turns a light golden brown. 4: Add the ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Saute for 2 minutes. 5: Add the tomatoes, slit green chillies, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Mix to combine. 6: Add the Basmati rice and the fried sausages, and saute gently. 7: Add water, cover and cook for 1 whistle on high heat.
