cup breadcrumb

cup coriander

Instructions
1: Add the raw bananas and potatoes in a pressure cooker, fill it with just enough water to cover them. 2: Pressure cook it for 3 whistles. 3: Peel the potatoes and bananas once cooled, and start mashing them in a bowl. 4: Add the green chilies, ginger garlic paste, amchur powder, red chili powder, salt and pepper. 5: Dry roast the peanuts on a pan for 3-4 minutes on medium flame until golden brown. 6: Now mix in the coriander, peanuts, and breadcrumbs and mix it well. 7: Shape this mixture into small 35g patties and shallow fry them until golden brown on both sides. 8: Garnish the tikkis with chaat masala. 9: Serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.View original recipe
