What you need

shallot

tsp fennel seed

tsp cumin seed

in ginger

garlic

fl oz water

onion

tomato

tsp turmeric powder

tsp chili powder

tsp coriander powder

tsp salt

fl oz water

tsp red pepper powder

Instructions
1: In a mixer grinder, add all the ingredients in the masala paste and grind it into a smooth paste. 2: Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute until golden brown. 3: Add tomato and cook until it's mushy. 4: Add the masala paste and cook for 2 mins. 5: Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt and mix well. 6: Add the crab, mix well and add water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. 7: Add the black pepper powder and curry leaves, mix well and remove from the heat.View original recipe
