What you need

fl oz milk

pinch saffron

oz sugar

tbsp ghee

cup milk powder

tbsp pistachio nuts
Instructions
1: Add milk to a non-stick pan, keep stirring it on a medium flame and bring it to a boil. 2: Keep stirring the milk and scraping the residue of the sides of the pan once every few seconds till it becomes thick like rabdi. 3: Once it is thick like rabdi, keep stirring it continuously till it becomes thick like khoya. 4: Add the sugar, keep stirring till the sugar is completely dissolved. 5: Keep stirring it continuously till it becomes thick again and holds shape. 6: At this point add the milk powder and mix it till it combines evenly. 7: Keep mixing it till its raw flavour is gone and the mixture holds shape. 8: Add the ghee and cardamom powder and mix it till it combines evenly. 9: Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool down till it is hot enough to handle. 10: Apply a little ghee/oil on your palms, divide and roll the pedas into equal sized spheres and shape it in the mould. 11: De-mould it, keep it on a plate.
