What you need

tsp ginger garlic paste

fl oz lemon juice

tsp mustard
tbsp oil
green chilli

tbsp tamarind paste

fl oz coconut milk

in cinnamon

tsp sugar

tsp salt

cup water

tsp turmeric powder

tsp cumin seed

fresh tomatoes

bunch fresh coriander leaves

tsp black pepper

Instructions
1: Wash the fish slices. Marinate it with turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice and let it rest for 10 minutes. 2: Heat a tawa, add oil and sear the marinated fish to a golden brown color on both sides and set it aside. 3: In a pan, heat oil, add cinnamon, cumin, mustard, curry leaves, and green chillies. Let it crackle. 4: Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 5: Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a few seconds. 6: Add the tomatoes and cook until mashed. 7: Add turmeric powder, a little water, and mix. 8: Add coconut milk, fresh cream, and tamarind paste. Mix well. 9: Season the gravy with salt and pepper and let it simmer. 10: Add the fish to the gravy, cover the pan and let it simmer for a few more minutes. 11: Transfer to a bowl.
