What you need

cup onion

tbsp mayonnaise

tsp cumin powder
green chilli
tbsp mustard oil
fl oz oil
oz potato

in ginger

clove garlic

tsp salt
pinch red chili powder

cup fresh coriander leaves
tbsp tamarind

tsp Black Salt

Instructions
1: For the marination, combine the mustard oil with the red chili powder and then add the cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, and mix well. Add in the potato cubes and mix to coat. 2: For the mint chutney, grind the mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic, green chili, ginger, curd, salt, cumin powder, and chaat masala together. 3: To assemble, use roti or paratha. Spread 1 tablespoon of mint chutney. Place some of the marinated potato mixture in the center along with the sliced onions.
