Instructions
1: Soak the tamarind along with hot water for 15 minutes. Strain it to get the pulp. 2: Grind the roasted peanuts and fried gram together into a powder. Set aside. 3: Mix the water and salt together until dissolved completely. Set aside for seasoning later. 4: Fry the onions in the oil until golden brown. Remove the onion from the pan. 5: Fry garlic in the same oil until golden brown. Remove the garlic along with the oil into a bowl and set aside. 6: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and turmeric. 7: Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions. 8: Strain the noodles and toss it with oil to prevent it from sticking. 9: In a large bowl, add the noodles.
