cup green mango

tbsp green chilli

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

tsp red chilli

tsp salt

tsp cumin powder

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp mint chutney

Instructions
1: Prepare the filling mixture by combining chopped onion, tomato, raw mango, sweet corn kernels, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, and lemon juice in a bowl. 2: Mix well to combine all the ingredients for the filling. 3: Take the papad and either roast or fry them until crispy. 4: Once cooked, fill each papad with the prepared filling mixture. 5: Garnish with mint chutney, mayonnaise, and top with sev just before serving.View original recipe
