What you need
egg

tsp turmeric powder
green chilli

pinch salt

cup tomato

tsp coriander powder

bunch curry leaves

tsp ginger garlic paste

tsp fennel seed

cup shallot

tsp cumin seed

oz raw prawns
tsp red chili powder

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

fl oz sesame oil

tsp black pepper
Instructions
1: In a pan, heat oil and add the fennel seeds and cumin seeds, followed by the curry leaves and green chillies. 2: Add the shallots and saute until they barely start to turn golden brown. 3: Add the ginger garlic paste, masala powders, and salt. Saute for a minute. 4: Add the tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes or until the masala is completely cooked and the oil floats along the sides. 5: Add the prawns. Saute and cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside. 6: Grease a flat iron or non-stick pan on medium heat. Pour dosa batter and spread it around the pan thinly. 7: Spoon the prawn gravy in a circle. Break open an egg in the centre. 8: Sprinkle salt on the eggs and the prawn. 9: Sprinkle pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves on the eggs and prawn. 10: Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
