1: Prepare the brine by mixing water, salt, vinegar, kashmiri red chilli powder, and ginger garlic paste. 2: Brine the whole chicken in the mixture for several hours. 3: For the marinade, blend the kashmiri dry red chilli, coriander leaves, green chilli, garlic, ginger, black peppercorn, onion, tomato ketchup, butter, curd, black salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, cardamom powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, garam masala, and oil. 4: Apply the marinade onto the brined chicken and let it marinate. 5: Grill the chicken until cooked through and nicely charred. 6: Prepare homemade mayonnaise by blending egg, garlic, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and oil.View original recipe
