fl oz lemon juice

tbsp cornflour
egg

tbsp vinegar

cup tomato ketchup
tbsp oil

onion

tsp black pepper

cup bell pepper

lb skinless boneless chicken breast

tbsp ginger

tbsp garlic

oz sesame seed

bunch spring onion
Instructions
1: To the chicken, mix the remaining ingredients required to coat and mix it well till it is combined evenly. 2: Heat oil in a kadai and fry the chicken to a golden brown colour on a medium flame. 3: Mix the ingredients required for the sauce in a bowl and keep it aside. 4: Heat a wok, add oil. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for a few seconds. 5: Add the diced onions and bell peppers and saute on a high flame for 10-15 seconds. 6: Add the chicken and toss it with the onions and bell peppers on a high flame. 7: Add the sauce and toss well till the chicken is coated evenly with the sauce. 8: Transfer it to a bowl.
