What you need

pinch salt
tsp oil

tbsp lemon juice

tsp soy sauce

tbsp garlic

tbsp butter

cup onion

tsp fresh coriander leaves

pinch black pepper
Instructions
1: Use a flat pan for this recipe. Heat oil and butter. 2: Add onions and saute until translucent. 3: Add the mushrooms into the pan. If the mushrooms are too big, cut them in half. 4: Let them cook on high heat. When they start to change color, stir them gently and add the garlic and lemon juice. 5: Allow them to cook for a few more minutes until they turn golden brown on all sides. 6: Add the salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, and coriander leaves.
