tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

tbsp coconut oil

bunch curry leaves

cup water
green chilli

shallot

tsp black peppercorn

tsp fennel seed

tsp cumin seed

bunch fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Dry roast pepper, fennel seeds and cumin seeds until aromatic and grind into a powder. 2: In a kadhai add coconut oil, curry leaves, green chilli, shallots and onions, cook until the onions turn translucent. 3: Add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes away. 4: Add Chicken, turmeric powder and salt. 5: Add the water and cook for 10 minutes. 6: Once the chicken is cooked, add the ground masala and garam masala and cook for 2 more minutes. 7: Turn off the flame and add the coriander leaves.View original recipe
