cup ice cream
cup cornflour

box cornflakes

cup water

fl oz chocolate sauce
fl oz oil
Instructions
1: Scoop/cut your ice cream and freeze it till it’s rock hard (2 hours minimum). 2: Once hard, coat it with a mixture of cornflour and water. 3: Coat it with crushed cornflakes for a crumb coating. 4: Freeze it until it's rock hard (2 hours minimum). 5: Heat up oil on medium high heat and when it starts to smoke, fry your crumbed ice cream for 10 seconds and serve it hot. 6: Optional: Sprinkle some chocolate sauce or honey.View original recipe
