What you need

Instructions
1: Prepare a smooth paste by blending together fried onions and cashew nuts. 2: Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute for a minute, add the remaining vegetables and saute them on a medium flame for 5 minutes and keep them aside. 3: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and the spices and let them crackle. 4: Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute on a medium flame. 5: Add tomato puree and cook it well on a medium flame for 10 minutes. 6: Add the masala powders and mix well for 2 minutes. 7: Add green chillies and water and bring the mixture to a boil. 8: Add the onion and cashew paste and mix well till it combines evenly and simmer for 2 minutes. 9: Add the vegetables and mix well and simmer the gravy for 2 more minutes. 10: Finally add fresh cream, garam masala and kasuri methi, salt and mix well. 11: Finally add ghee and take it off the flame. 12: Serve it hot with rice or roti and enjoy.View original recipe
