onion
green capsicum

purple cabbage

tbsp sweet chilli sauce

cup tomato ketchup

tsp salt

tsp garam masala

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1: Heat butter in a pan, add all the vegetables and sauté them till they become soft. 2: Add the sauces and masala powders and mix them for a minute or two till they all cook well. 3: Heat a tawa, add dosa batter, and spread it well till it is thin and even. 4: Add the filling and spread it evenly all around. Add oil and let it cook for a few seconds. 5: Top it off with grated cheese. 6: Cut it into strips and roll the dosa like a cigar. 7: Garnish it with grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves.View original recipe
