tsp cinnamon

tsp black peppercorn

green cardamoms

cup almond

clove clove

dried chili peppers

cup onion powder

tbsp methi

cup cream

cheese curd
tsp red chili powder
Instructions
1: Dry roast the ingredients required to make the angara masala till it is aromatic and blend it to a fine powder. 2: In a big bowl, add the paneer, the masala powder, and the other ingredients required for the marination and mix it well till all the ingredients combine evenly. 3: Let the mixture marinate for about 1 hour. 4: Transfer the mixture to a pan and start cooking it on a medium flame, mixing it regularly. 5: Cover and let it cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes. 6: Place a piece of hot coal in a bowl and place it on the gravy.
