What you need
cup mint leaves
green chilli
tbsp oil

tbsp ghee

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp turmeric powder
green chilli

tsp red pepper powder

tsp salt

tbsp cumin powder

cup water
Instructions
1: To a blender, add coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies and blend it to a fine paste. 2: Heat oil and ghee in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, cook it for a few seconds. 3: Add the mutton, keep mixing it on a medium flame for 5 minutes. 4: Add green chillies, masala powders and cook for a minute. 5: Add the green paste, cook it with the mutton for a minute. 6: Add water, mix it well.
