oz cashew

oz dried raisins

oz rice vermicelli
Instructions
1: To a small pan, add ghee. Once hot, fry the cashews until golden. 2: Then add the raisins and fry until puffed. Remove from the ghee and set aside. 3: In a heavy bottomed pan add milk and bring it to boil. 4: Add the semiya and lightly crushed cardamom pods. 5: Simmer until the semiya is cooked. 6: Add the sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla. 7: Simmer until the milk is reduced to 75%. 8: Add the cashews and raisins, remove from the heat. 9: Allow it to cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours before consumption.View original recipe
