What you need

tsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

tsp turmeric powder

tsp red chilli
tsp oil

cup onion
cup green capsicum
cup red capsicum
cup yellow capsicum
tbsp oil

tsp cumin

tsp fresh ginger

tbsp garlic

tbsp tomato ketchup

tsp coriander powder

tsp red chilli

tsp turmeric powder

tsp garam masala

tsp salt
green chilli

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients. Set aside. 2: Heat oil in a pan and saute the vegetables- onion and capsicum on a high flame for 2 mins. Set aside. 3: Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute. 4: Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Saute for a minute on low heat. 5: Add the marinated chicken and mix. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat. 6: Add salt, tomato ketchup, green chilli and the sauteed vegetables. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.View original recipe
