Instructions
1: Heat the pan, add oil and roast the garlic for 2 minutes. 2: Cut the tomato in half and roast it in a pan with oil and sprinkle some salt on top. 3: Let it cook for 5 minutes. 4: Remove the skin of the tomato and take it out of the pan and set it aside. 5: In a bowl, add the cooked tomatoes and garlic and mash them with a fork. 6: Add the chopped onion, green chilli and coriander and lemon juice to the mashed tomato mixture. 7: Give it a good mix.View original recipe
