What you need

Instructions
1: For the paste, combine the grated coconut, cumin, shallots, garlic, turmeric powder, and green chilli and make a coarse paste. Then add the curd and blend until just combined. 2: Add all the vegetables to a pressure cooker along with turmeric, salt, and 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 1 whistle. 3: Allow the pressure to release naturally before opening the lid. 4: Bring the cooker back on the stove and reheat the vegetables. 5: Add the paste and stir. Cook for only 1 minute. 6: Add curry leaves and coconut oil on top, cover with a lid and turn off the stove.
