Instructions
1: Soak the dry Kasuri methi in hot water for 10 minutes. 2: In a pan, add oil and cumin and sauté, then add the raw potatoes and mix well. 3: Add a little water, close the pan, and let it cook. 4: Add turmeric and coriander powder and a little more water. 5: Let the masala cook for 3-5 minutes, then add the kasuri methi. 6: Finish with red chilli powder and garam masala, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.View original recipe
