What you need

tsp cumin seed

onion
green chilli

tsp ginger garlic paste

tomato

oz paneer

tsp red chilli

tsp turmeric powder

tsp coriander powder

tsp cumin powder

cup water

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder

tbsp butter

tsp fresh coriander leaves

wheat flour

cheese

tsp mayonnaise
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan. 2: Add onions and green chillies and saute for a minute. 3: Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few seconds. 4: Add the tomato and saute for a few seconds. 5: Add the masala powders and cook for a minute. 6: Add ¼ Cup of water and cook for a few seconds. 7: Add the paneer and mix well. 8: Add another ¼ cup of water and keep mixing. 9: Mash the paneer with the ladle. 10: Season the mixture, mix in some coriander leaves and take it off the flame. 11: Cook chapatis on a hot tawa. 12: Spread mayonnaise, add the filling and place the cheese slice on top, and roll it tightly and serve it hot.View original recipe
