oz brown sugar

oz white sugar

tbsp milk

oz butter
tsp vanilla essence

tsp baking soda

walnut
Instructions
1: Melt the butter. 2: In a bowl, combine butter and sugars. Add the vanilla essence and milk and whisk for 2 mins. 3: Sift in the flour and baking soda, and fold gently using some more milk. 4: Finally, add chopped chocolate chunks and crushed walnuts/ chopped nuts. Fold gently. 5: Chill the mixture for 30 mins. 6: Portion equally using a measuring spoon or weighing scale. Place them on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper. 7: In a preheated oven, bake for 15-18 mins at 180C or to bake in a kadhai - add salt in a heavy bottom kadhai with a lid, preheat for 10 mins on high, place a stand, and keep the cookies on a plate or idli plate.
