tsp red chilli flakes

cup butter

cup wheat flour

tsp salt

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Knead a smooth and semi-firm dough using the flour, salt, and water. Rest for 10 mins. 2: Combine the melted butter, salt, garlic, red chilli flakes, and coriander leaves and set aside. 3: Divide the dough into roundels and use some dusting flour to roll into thin large circles. 4: Apply the prepared garlic butter and make vertical incisions ¾ of the way. Dust some flour on top. 5: Roll up the incisions and then into concentric circles. 6: Dust lightly with flour and roll them flat. 7: Cook on a medium hot tava with some more oil/butter until golden brown and crispy. 8: Fluff up before serving.View original recipe
