tbsp masa flour
cup cornflour

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder

cup water
tbsp oil

tbsp garlic

tbsp fresh ginger

cup red chilli

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp honey

tbsp spring onion

Instructions
1: To a bowl, add the chicken strips, cornflour, maida, salt, black pepper, msg and water. 2: Mix well till the chicken is coated well with the batter. 3: Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the chicken till golden brown and crispy. 4: Heat a wok, add ginger and garlic. Saute till it turns light brown. 5: Add the red chilli paste and cook it for 2 minutes on a medium flame. 6: Add water and honey and mix till a thick sauce is formed. 7: Add the fried chicken, spring onions and toss on a high flame till the chicken is coated completely with the sauce. 8: Transfer it to a bowl, garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve it hot.View original recipe
