What you need

tsp salt

tsp soy sauce

onion
tbsp oil

tsp sugar

tbsp ginger

tbsp garlic

tbsp tomato ketchup

cup cabbage

carrot

tsp green hot sauce

tsp chili sauce

cup spring onion

tsp black pepper

bunch green onion
Instructions
1: Cut the cooked chapatis into thin strips. 2: Heat a pan or wok until smoking hot. Add oil and then add ginger and garlic followed by all the vegetables. Saute for 1 minute. 3: Add the soy sauce, salt, sugar, ketchup, chilli sauces, black pepper powder and MSG. Toss together on high heat for 2 minutes. 4: Add the chappati noodles, and chopped spring onions and toss gently. 5: Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.View original recipe
