What you need
tsp ajwain

tsp baking soda

cup rice flour

cup besan flour

tsp salt

bunch cauliflower
tsp red chili powder
Instructions
1: Separate the cauliflower stem and leaves. 2: Wash it well with salt water till the dust sediments to the bottom. 3: Prepare a batter with rice flour, besan flour, red chilli powder, ajwain, salt, baking soda and water. Whisk it well till all ingredients combine evenly. 4: Heat oil in a kadai. 5: Dip the leaves till it is coated in the batter and fry it in hot oil till golden brown and crispy. 6: Serve it hot with ketchup, chutney or any dip of your choice.View original recipe
