What you need
warm water

pinch salt
cup cornflour

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder

cup water
tbsp oil

tbsp garlic

tbsp red chilli flakes

cup water

cup honey

tbsp spring onion

Instructions
1: To a bowl, add the cauliflower florets, hot water, and salt. Let the cauliflower soak for 10 minutes and strain it, putting it back in the bowl. 2: Add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper, and water, and mix well until the cauliflower is coated with the batter. 3: Heat oil in a kadai and fry the cauliflower until it turns golden brown and crispy. Keep it aside. 4: Heat a pan, add oil, and add chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté until they turn light brown. 5: Add the chilli flakes and let them fry for a second, then add the water. 6: Add honey and mix well until it combines with the water and forms a thick sauce. 7: Add the fried cauliflower and chopped spring onion, and toss well until the cauliflower is coated with the sauce. 8: Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.View original recipe
