tsp red chilli flakes

tbsp garlic

tsp salt
cup warm water

tsp white sesame seeds
tbsp oil

fl oz chili oil
Instructions
1: Bring together a rough dough with maida, warm water, salt and oil. Rest the dough for 20 mins. 2: Knead into a smooth dough, apply oil and rest again for 20 mins. 3: For the mixture, combine the ingredients in a bowl, add hot oil and mix well. 4: Roll out the dough thinly and apply the mixture. 5: Roll into a log and cut thin strips. 6: Open and bring together the pieces.
