What you need

tbsp tomato ketchup

tbsp soya sauce

tbsp garlic
tbsp oil
capsicum
tsp green chilli

noodles

tbsp ginger

onion

cup cabbage

cup spring onion

cup carrot

tsp sugar

cup beans

tsp salt

fl oz water

tsp green hot sauce

tsp black pepper

fl oz chili sauce
Instructions
1: Cook the noodles as per packet instructions, boiled in salted water with oil for 4-5 mins until tender but not overboiled. 2: Cut all the vegetables as mentioned in the ingredient section. Combine all the sauces and seasoning and set aside. 3: For the preparation, heat oil until almost smoking in a wok, add the ginger, garlic and green chillies, sauté until the garlic starts changing colours. 4: Add all the vegetables into the wok and sauté on a high flame for around 2 mins, add the sauce and mix well. 5: Cook further for 2 mins until the vegetables are tender but still crunchy. 6: Finally, add and toss the noodles gently.
