What you need

cup cashew nut

cup raisin

green mango

tsp pomegranate juice

lemon juice

tomato

cup fresh coriander leaves
cup mint leaves
green chilli

tsp salt

cup besan flour

tsp methi
tsp ajwain

tbsp red chilli
tsp baking powder

cup water
Instructions
1: Cut the paneer into thick squares and cut through the center from the side to make a pocket. Keep it aside. 2: Blend raw mango with the other ingredients into a fine chutney. Spread the chutney into the paneer pockets. Keep the remaining chutney aside. 3: Add a little stuffing into the paneer pocket. 4: Prepare a batter out of besan flour and the other ingredients. 5: Dip the paneer in the batter and deep fry them to a golden brown colour. 6: Serve it hot with the chutney on the side.View original recipe
