What you need

oz paneer

tsp salt
tbsp oil
asafoetida

tbsp ghee

bay leaves

tomato

cashew

tsp cumin
cup capsicum

cup water

tsp sugar

tsp coriander powder

green cardamoms
tsp red chili powder

tsp methi

tsp garam masala
Instructions
1: In a pan, heat oil and add all the ingredients for the paste. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until the tomatoes have softened fully. Keep stirring at intervals. 2: Allow the mixture to cool, then grind into a smooth paste. 3: Heat ghee in another pan and add the capsicum. Saute on high heat for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and set aside. 4: In the same pan on low heat, add cumin, asafoetida and red chilli powder. Allow it to cook for a few seconds, then add the prepared tomato paste. 5: Stir well and cook for 5 minutes. Then add sugar and water to adjust the consistency, then cover and cook for 5 more minutes. 6: Add the paneer cubes, sauteed capsicum, garam masala powder and Kasuri methi.
