What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

cup butter

cup sugar

egg nog
tsp vanilla essence

cup chocolate chips

cup water
Instructions
1: In a bowl mix curd and water together and keep it aside. 2: In another bowl, add butter and sugar, beat it till it turns fluffy. 3: Add the eggs one by one, whisking it in between adding the second egg. 4: Add vanilla essence, whisk well. 5: In a sieve, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sieve it into the egg mixture. 6: Use a spatula and fold in the mixture. 7: Add the buttermilk and fold it in till it combines evenly. 8: Line a cupcake mould with parchment muffin paper. 9: Spoon the batter into each mould (not fully). 10: Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. 11: Take it out and let it cool down completely before serving.View original recipe
