What you need

cup water
tbsp oil
cup besan

tsp turmeric powder

tsp mustard seed

bunch curry leaves

clove garlic

in ginger
potato
tsp red chili powder
tsp hing

tsp coriander seed

green chili

tbsp peanut

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Pressure cook halved potatoes for 4 whistles. Peel them. 2: Heat oil in a kadhai and let the mustard seeds splutter, add the coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves and saute well. 3: Add hing, salt and turmeric powder. 4: Add the potatoes and chopped coriander leaves. 5: Mash and mix well. 6: Make roundels of this mixture. 7: For the batter: combine the given ingredients to make a smooth batter. 8: Dip the potato mixture in the batter and deep fry until golden brown. 9: Place in between the pav and serve with peanut chutney.View original recipe
