cup besan flour

fl oz ghee

cup powdered sugar

Instructions
1: Heat a kadai, add the besan flour and dry roast it on a low flame till it loses the raw flavour. 2: Add the ghee and keep mixing till it becomes a paste-like consistency. 3: Mix it for a little longer till it becomes thick. Ensure the besan flour loses its raw flavour by now. 4: Add the powdered sugar and keep mixing it till it mixes evenly and the mixture becomes almost crumbly but a little moist. 5: Add the cardamom powder and mix it till it combines evenly. 6: Let the mixture cool down completely. 7: Divide the mixture and shape it into spheres. 8: Garnish it with a piece of fried cashew nut and serve.View original recipe
